Starting UM-Console+

      Note :
      UM-Console+ is available on the Microsoft Windows NT 3.51 and 4.xx but NOT available for DEC NT Alpha processor.

      If you have installed UM-Console+ :

      SPW UM-Console+

      This icon in the MGE UPS SYSTEMS program group starts UM-Console+.

      You must first define the application (or applications) monitored by UM-Console +:

      • click on the popup menu "Application" then on
      • "Define" to set the parameters of a "Local ..." application (if UM-Agent is on this computer)
        or a "Remote... " application (if UM-Agent is on another computer, the main parameter to be defined is the IP address of the agent.).
      • " Select" this application.

      You can also run UM-Console+ by entering either : c:\upsman\spn\spn32 sur Windows NT 4.xx or c:\upsman\spn\spn16 on Windows NT 3.51.
